Ordered purple flowers for birthday but got wrong ones and they keep stalling

I ordered flowers for my friends birthday. I specifically ordered purple flowers. They sent something else. The price was 59.00 and then she said extra charges made it 99.00 total.

Now they are just asking the same questions over and over. They keep delaying my refund. They are Asian. I dont know what else to do. They are a total rip off. Please help.
