Ordered flowers that never showed up and no refund

I ordered flowers from this site, RuthsRoses.com. They never got delivered. I called them at (844) 799-2245 and they said they would be there later that day or the next day. They never came.

Called them back again and they won’t give me a refund. I lost $88.53. I also couldn’t find a real physical address for them, just some post office box in Williamsburg, VA. Looks like this happens to a lot of people.
