Paid for model bag and lesson, never got what was promised

I paid a guy named Royal from Rx Runway $40 for a model bag. It never showed up. On my credit card it shows up as The Artista Firm. After 3 and a half months of asking for a refund I finally got $35 back.

I also paid him $50 for a 60 minute modeling lesson. He only gave me a 30 minute lesson. When I emailed him about the missing $5 and the other half of the lesson he said the rest was never requested. The lesson was supposed to happen in person at a New York Fashion Week show but that never happened either. So I'm out money and time.
