Signed up for one purchase but they keep billing me monthly

I went on their website ryzesuperfoods.com and ordered just one time. It said one-time purchase so I thought that was it. Then next month I see a charge on my card for another shipment. I went into my account on their site and it still showed only one order. I even emailed their support and they wrote back saying no more charges or subscriptions.

But they still charged me again the next month and sent the powder anyway. Now they say I have to pay for it because they already shipped it. I never asked for it. I keep telling them to stop but they just keep sending it and billing me. So now I’m stuck with stuff I didn’t order and they want money for it.
