Got a weird letter about my car warranty that I don't even have

I got this plain letter in my mailbox with no return address, just a stamp from Sacramento, CA. The letter inside had big bold text saying "RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE REQUESTED" and had phone numbers to call for English and Spanish.

It was talking in vague terms about how my car warranty was expiring. The thing is, I don't even have a warranty on my car right now. It said I should call for updated coverage.

There's no company name on this letter anywhere. No name of who to contact, nothing. It just showed up. The phone number listed is (888) 426-0179. The whole thing felt off.
