Bought something from a website and nobody will help me

I bought an item from saddlesshopcanada.ca on May 29th. A few days ago I realized I never got any shipping info or even a payment confirmation.

I started emailing every email address I could find for them. Most of the time I got no reply at all. Once someone wrote back asking for my order number but then just never followed up. I tried their online chat too. Most times nobody answered. One time somebody did answer, asked for my order number, and then they just never said anything again. I lost $137.12.
