Paid for a workout plan and only got half of what was promised

I sent Sadia Yansaneh $400 back on April 14th, 2026 for a workout plan, meal plan, and virtual workouts. It was supposed to be four weeks of help. By week three I had only gotten 3 out of 12 virtual workout meetings. I never got the meal plan or the actual workout plan that was supposed to cover six days a week.

I asked her for these things multiple times and she kept saying she would send them but never did. She also missed or canceled a bunch of our in person meetings for different reasons. After week three I asked for my money back since I wasn't getting what I paid for and she said no. I have texts where I asked for the workout stuff and she never gave it to me.
