Email about a PayPal charge with a number to call

I got this email from PayPal saying 539.00 was taken out of my bank account. So I checked my bank and nothing was taken at all. Then the email had a number to call.

The number was (813) 477-2296 and it had a website name Sadie Bolin and an address at 2211 N. First Street in San Jose. I didn't call the number because it felt off. Just weird how they say money was taken but it wasn't.
