Signed a long contract with Saela Pest Control and now they won't let us cancel

We called Saela Pest Control in 2026 to get some services at our home. They sent a technician out and my husband signed a contract. The contract is really long and it has language in there that locks you into a 2+ year contract. I guess we are not the only ones this happened to because there are a lot of reviews online from other people in the same situation.

Now Saela won't call us back and they refuse to cancel the contract. They are threatening court action. They also admitted they recorded the conversation when the technician was in our home and we never gave permission for that. That has to be illegal. Their website says they have an A+ rating with ScamPulse.com but I can't find them listed there. This company just bullies people into contracts they don't want. We lost $300.
