Ordered solar street lights that are cheap and broken

I ordered solar street lights from sakerplus. What I got is not what was advertised at all. It's very cheaply made. The plastic feels like it would break in a light wind. The screws to mount it have no strength or quality. The whole unit even has small cracks on the little solar panels already!

It's a very low quality product. They shipped it in a very thin box with no protection inside, so no wonder. There were no operating instructions either. I want my money back and they can have this crap back.

Paid Sakerplus almost $62 and never got my item

I think I got scammed out of almost $62 from Sakerplus. I ordered something and it never came in the mail. I never received my item.

I emailed them at [email protected]. They seemed helpful at first, but when I started asking for my refund, they just stopped talking to me. Now they ignore my emails completely.

I just want my money back, or the product they said they’d send. That’s all.

Ordered a salad pod and got a scratched up item, no refund

I ordered a Salad Pod from Sakerplus. What they sent me was a totally scratched up item. I tried to get in touch with them for a refund, but they refuse to contact me back. They won't refund my money either.

I looked on Facebook and there are tons of complaints about this company. It cost me $36.97. The email I found was [email protected]. I just want my money back for this damaged product.

Ordered items that didn't match the pictures and can't get a refund

I placed three separate orders with Sakerplus. For two of them, what showed up was completely different from what was pictured on the site. It wasn't even close.

I also ordered some gift bags. I've been trying to get my money back for those. I've contacted the company multiple times through email and whatever, but they just refuse to issue a refund. It's $80 total that I'm out.

They won't respond to my requests. I have the emails and the phone number but nothing gets fixed.
