Blood pressure device ordered from Facebook ad never arrived

I ordered a blood pressure device from this company after seeing their ad on Facebook back in February 2026. Never got it. I sent an email in April and they replied from [email protected] saying there was a mix up because some other customer with a similar name placed an order too. That sounds weird to me. They said "Sam" would personally contact me with a new tracking number. That never happened. No tracking number, no product, nothing as of June 12th. I sent another email asking for a refund and they just ignored me. Lost $69.99.
