Sold my husband's motorcycle on Vinted and the check bounced

I posted my husband's motorcycle on Vinted to sell it. Samuel Walker contacted me saying he wanted to buy it. He sent a check in the mail and when I got it I took it to Regions Bank. Once it posted to my account I started using the money to pay bills.

He also added 2000 extra for the movers to pick up the bike. So he sent me the movers info and told me to send 1900 through Walmart to Walmart. I did that. The next day I checked my online banking and the check had been returned. Now the bank says I owe them 6000 dollars which I don't have.

The only reason I was selling the bike was to catch up on bills. My husband was diagnosed with lung cancer in July of 2025 so we only have one income right now.
