Bought a pickup on Facebook and never got it delivered

I saw a black pickup for sale on Facebook from someone named Sandra Purcell. She wanted $1500 for it. I paid that and then she said I had to pay another $1000 to get it delivered to my house. So I paid that too.

That was it. I never got the truck. No delivery, no nothing. Just out $2500 total. I think she is in Montgomery County, MD. I don’t know what else to do.
