Ordered patriotic wreaths from ad in game, never got them

I was playing a game on my iPad and an ad came up for a patriotic door wreath. It said it was made by an American, maybe a disabled veteran. So I ordered 6 of them to give to family and friends. I thought it was a nice thing to do.

The only contact I got was one email saying my order was confirmed and paid for. Then two weeks later it said it was in "customs". How can it be in customs if it was made in America? That didn't make sense. I ordered on 05/17/2026 and now it's 07/06/2026 and I have nothing. I only had an email for them, [email protected]. I replied to that email multiple times asking about my order, then finally asked to cancel and refund my money. Never got a single response back. I lost $160.99.
