Got a weird voicemail about legal documents and a complaint

I got a call and then a voicemail. It said it was an urgent message for me about delivering legal documents to my address. It mentioned some file number, CL-10636755. The person said her name was Sarah Marshall.

She said she was contacting me about a complaint sent to her office. If I wanted to talk about pending actions against me, I had to call some firm at 877-421-1118. The message said the call was logged as proof I was notified. And that if I didn't respond, they might proceed without me.

It felt off. I never signed up for anything and I don't know what they're talking about.
