Got a fake vacation prize letter addressed to "Neighbor" at my house.

I got this letter in the mail, addressed to "Neighbor" but with my exact street address in Ann Arbor. It says it's from a Sarah Mitchell, a Promotional Coordinator. The letter says I've been chosen for a complimentary Mackinac Island vacation, with hotel stays and spending money. It tells me to call a number, 313-776-4531, and use an RSVP code they provided.

The thing is, I've never been to Mackinac Island. This whole thing felt off. They mention a $50 gift card too. It's just a letter trying to get me to call that number. There's no real company website or anything, just an address in Farmington, MI on the letter. I didn't call and I didn't lose any money, but it's clearly a scam mailing.
