Ordered a dress online and got a cheap, awful muumuu instead

I ordered a dress from Sarah & Oliver on Facebook. The dress looked beautiful in the picture they posted. It took five whole weeks to get here.

When it arrived, it was totally different from the picture. The material was the most flimsy, disgusting thing. It looked like a mu mu. It was awful.

They won't give me a refund. I've tried emailing their support, but they are no longer answering me. It's amazing they get away with this. I lost $60.
