Phone call saying I won $750,000 but need to buy insurance first

Got a second call from a woman named Sarah Wolf. She said I won $750,000. Then she told me I needed to buy an insurance policy for $7,500 to get the prize. She said the government could help with the policy.

She gave me her numbers, (775)239-7919 and (202)677-7492. She claims she is from the GAO or something. I didn’t send any money but it felt off.
