Ordered a camera from Sarlya.com and never got it

I bought a digital camera from the website Sarlya.com. It was around $37. The money came out of my account. But I never got a confirmation email or anything. It's been multiple weeks now and the camera hasn't been delivered. I tried contacting their customer support to ask about it, but I never got a reply back. Nothing.
