They kept taking money from my account and then asked for my family member’s card
I have been trying for almost 4 months now. They keep saying there is a problem with their banking system, their gateway. I have every email, excuse after excuse. They block you so you can't blast them online. They also tried to hack my Facebook account. I have reported to the FTC already. Someone needs to stop these people.
Look on Facebook at the complaints, how much money they have stolen from people. They have several accounts on Facebook, most of them they have blocked but there is still one open where people are posting. You can see the money they have stolen. Someone needs to shut this company down.
Ordered once but they kept charging me every month
I contacted them over and over. Finally got an email saying it was cancelled. Then I got another message saying there was a “glitch” in their computer update and unfortunately I will have one more withdrawal. They said there’s no way to refund my money. This is completely an illegal scam. I’ve tried to find an attorney but no one does fraud law.
Kept charging me after I only ordered tanning gummies one time
This has happened multiple times now. I never signed up for any subscription or recurring charges, just the single purchase. It doesn't make any sense and it's cost me over $140 so far. I want these unauthorized charges to stop and I want my money back.
