Ordered once but they kept charging me every month

I ordered a product from Savanna Skin. I didn’t realize it was set to auto-ship every month. When I noticed, I contacted them to cancel. They didn’t cancel it. They just kept taking more money out.

I contacted them over and over. Finally got an email saying it was cancelled. Then I got another message saying there was a “glitch” in their computer update and unfortunately I will have one more withdrawal. They said there’s no way to refund my money. This is completely an illegal scam. I’ve tried to find an attorney but no one does fraud law.

Kept charging me after I only ordered tanning gummies one time

I placed a one-time order for tanning gummies from SavannaSkin.com. After that, they just kept taking money out of my account. It was for orders I never even placed.

This has happened multiple times now. I never signed up for any subscription or recurring charges, just the single purchase. It doesn't make any sense and it's cost me over $140 so far. I want these unauthorized charges to stop and I want my money back.
