Ordered bamboo toilet paper, got a piece of rusted metal instead

We made a purchase on Amazon. The shipment arrived. When we opened it there was a piece of rusted metal inside and not the bamboo expensive toilet paper.

I tried calling the number on the listing, (206) 201-1832, and emailing [email protected]. No reply. Texting too, nothing. They are completely unresponsive.

I think they are scamming people. Amazon can't help because Save Trees is the only customer service handling complaints, and they are MIA. Lost $134.99.
