Ordered an item said to be made in the USA but it shipped from China

I ordered an item from SaveMec.com. Their site claimed it was FDA approved and Made in the USA. After I paid the $42, it took at least 24 days to get here. That felt way too long, so I checked the tracking. Turns out the package came from China. That doesn't make any sense if it was supposed to be made here.
