Got a message saying I overpaid on insurance and to click links

I got contacted through messenger. They said I overpaid on my insurance policy and I needed to click on different links to claim the money. The links went to savuofr.com/usm. The site had 4 questions you had to answer to supposedly claim the money.

The contact number they use is (833) 697-8653 and they said they're based in OH, USA. The whole thing felt off. I didn't click anything or give any info, but I got this message out of nowhere.
