Sold me phones with faulty batteries that blew up

I bought 4 phones from this place. The address is 4001 sunset drive k1222 in San Angelo, TX. Two of them had batteries that blew up from the inside out. I’m out two phones now.

When I went back to see if he would fix it or make it right he just refused. Wouldn’t do anything. So now I’m stuck with this mess because of how he runs his business. Lost about $2000 total.
