Mail and phone calls about a bill for my baby’s appointment

Got a letter in the mail first, then a phone call saying I owed money for an appointment for my infant son. I called them back a few times and they couldn’t tell me anything about it. Just kept saying they were from CarleHealth Methodist Hospital. But they had no real info. No proof of the bill or what it was for. Just a weird feeling about the whole thing.
