Text claiming I won millions from Powerball with a code to text

I got a text message and it said exactly this. I am Cliff Webster, won $316.3 million with my wife Tammy at Wisconsin's in @power-ball, am donating $2,500,000.00 to 50 random selected individuals. If you get this message then your number was selected after a spin ball, Text agent MICHEAL STEWART +1 (310) 437-3551 for confirmation and delivery of your prize. Text him with your confirmation code AQUTAK.

Thanks I did not respond. Hope no one falls for this. The number that sent it was (307) 429-9309. I didn't lose any money but it felt wrong. No company name on it.
