Empty white plastic bag showed up with my name on it

I got this package in the mail from an address in Valley Stream, NY. 70 E Hawthrone Ave. It was just a white plastic bag, totally empty. But it had my name and address on it.

I didn't order anything from them. I don't even know who they are. There was no company name or anything inside. Just the bag. So I'm pretty sure it's some kind of online purchase scam. I didn't lose any money though, thankfully. It's just weird and a waste of time.
