Voicemail about a file number and pending documents I never asked for

I got a call at 8:10am on 07/28/2026. They left a voicemail saying it was for me, with a file number 2026-12915856. Said it was about some "deliverable actionable documents" being sent to my address and I needed to call 866-967-1161 right away to talk about pending actions. The message also said it was logged as proof I was notified.

The call first showed as coming from T-Mobile with the number 315-226-4798. Then later my call log updated and it said "potential fraud" instead. I didn't call them back. I never asked for any documents or anything like that. No money lost on my end but it felt weird.
