Fake PayPal charge notice with a phone number to call
First time they hung up on me when I asked questions. They wanted me to go to a site called Supremo and download something that obviously wasn't PayPal. Second time I called, a guy told me to press ctrl, window, and alt keys all at once. Said it was to file a complaint with PayPal and they needed to access my computer because it was compromised.
I asked him again and said this phone call could be the real scam. Then I hung up. Changed my PayPal password. I can see how people get scammed. They are very good at it.
