Email saying I bought a Geek Squad plan I never ordered

I got an email and a receipt saying I bought a Geek Squad Internet Security Plan for 2 years. Auto-renew. I never bought that. So I called the number on the receipt, (865) 283-8648.

The guy had a thick Indian accent, real hard to follow. He got angry when I said I didn't order it. He said I had to answer questions about my computer and talk to someone else to cancel. I just hung up. Didn't lose any money but it felt shady.
