Text and email about a medical bill from a place I haven't been to in years

I suddenly got texts and an email from this scammer. First there was an email saying a medical practice I hadn't been to in over a decade was updating its billing. Then I got a text saying I had a $250 bill.

After that I received another email with a suspicious link that was supposed to be for paying a medical bill. The phone number on it was (301) 381-1259 and the email was [email protected]. I didn't lose any money but it felt really off.
