Paid over twenty one thousand for machinery that never came

I saw someone else post about this same situation and that’s when it hit me I’m in the exact same boat. Paid them $21,500 for machinery from their website www.schenex-machinery.com and nothing ever showed up.

I have copies of all the emails and contacts. They kept saying they would give me a full refund. So now I demanded that 100% refund or I told them I’m contacting the NY State Attorney’s Office. Their address is 36 Exchenge Street in Albany and their email is [email protected]. Phone number is (516) 397-4238.
