App suspends account after earning big rewards for playing games

I downloaded this app where you play games to earn cash. You get pennies for the little stuff and it takes forever. But when you finally save up enough for the bigger rewards, that's when they shut you down.

They suspended my account saying I broke their terms and conditions. But I didn't do anything different than before. I earned about $6.00 and now I can't get it. Their website is scrambly.freshdesk.com and their address is 228 Park Ave S 62949, New York, NY 10003.

So basically you can play all you want for the small stuff but the second you try for the real money they just stop paying and lock you out. Feels like a total waste of time.
