Ordered once then got charged for months of product I never asked for

I ordered from sculptique.com one time. The product came but it didn't do anything, no results at all. Then out of nowhere they charged me again for 3 more months of the same stuff. I never signed up for any subscription or agreed to that. I checked and there was nothing about a subscription when I ordered. So they just took my money for stuff I didn't want. Lost $95.88 total.

Ordered a product with money back guarantee and got charged for more

I ordered this product because they said it had a money back guarantee. That was the only reason I even tried it. They took my money, $62, and sent me something that was just poor quality. Not what I expected at all.

Then they started charging my card for more shipments. I never agreed to that. I called the number on the site, (877) 694-1919, left messages. I emailed them at [email protected] too. Nothing. No call back, no reply.

I just want my money back. That’s it.
