Ordered from Sculptouch and still no product after a week

I sent in 3999 on the sixth of July it is now 14 July, and I still have not received the product. I believe that they are scamming people out of their money. Their website is Sculptouch.com and their email is [email protected]. I’m in the United States. Total money lost was 39.9900 $. I just want my order or my money back.
