Website asked for my PIN after taking my payment

I tried to buy something from this online store. After I put in my payment info the page said it couldn't take it and asked me to try a different card. That was the first red flag.

So I used another credit card and it went through. Right after that they asked me to enter my personal pin number. That was the second red flag. I didn't put it in and I cancelled the order. The website is sdichterlaw.com and the company listed is Dongguan Kadeline Trading Co. Ltd. out of Guangdong Province.
