Ordered a product from Japan and got broken cheap plastic

I ordered from Seanana Company and paid $75. The website made it seem like I was getting something decent. When the package finally showed up the item was broken, it was all plastic and felt really cheap.

I tried to return it to the address they gave me in Japan. I sent it back and waited. It came back to me five weeks later stamped "return - unknown". So I'm stuck with this broken thing and no way to get my money back. I emailed [email protected] and nobody ever replied.
