Preorder sweater never arrived and they blocked everyone

I ordered a sweater from Second Coat’s AstroKnit collection back in like March or something. It was a preorder, they said it would take 6 to 12 weeks to make and then ship it. So I waited.

After 12 weeks I still hadn't heard anything. I emailed them a couple times and tried to message them on Instagram and TikTok. No reply at all. They keep posting that they are shipping daily but on their old social media pages everyone is asking where their stuff is. They turned off comments on Instagram and just abandoned their old TikTok. Now they made a new TikTok and are posting more clothes like nothing happened.

I lost $165. I do not think they have any real merchandise. Do not buy from them.
