Booked a Savannah food tour and got locked out for being 2 minutes late

I reserved a 2 person food tour in Savannah, Ga on 6/25/26. Got a verification email the day before. We arrived 2 minutes late at the meeting spot because the bus had issues.

Nobody was there. I looked everywhere, no groups. I called the number on WhatsApp (message only) and emailed. Did not get a reply until the tour was 40 minutes underway. Then they said we could join the group but it was too far gone in my opinion.

I called the Chamber of Commerce and they had never heard of this tour business. The company said they would not give us a refund and our only option was to book another day.
