Website that looks official for North Carolina business registration

I was trying to register my business in North Carolina and found this site. It looked legit at first, I thought it was the real state website. I paid $167 to file my paperwork through them.

After I paid I started feeling like something was off. The site is secretaryofstate.com/north-carolina and it looks just like the real one but it's not. It's a phishing scam. They just take your money and I never got any confirmation or registration done.

I had to go back and do it all over again through the actual state website. Lost that $167 for nothing. This site is just set up to trick people who are trying to do things the right way.
