Ordered a shirt over a month ago and still nothing from secretclub.com

I ordered a shirt from secretclub.com on May 9. They contacted me on June 5 and said it was sent out. That was it. No tracking number, no updates, nothing. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but they just ignore me. Their phone number is 1(956) 358-2697 and nobody picks up. I paid $54.86 and I don't even know if the shirt exists. The address they have is in CA, USA but that doesn't help me. Just want my money back or the shirt.
