Kept getting postcards about my mortgage that seem fake

I moved to a new home and got this green postcard in the mail. It said "IMPORTANT NOTICE: RESPONSE NEEDED" and had my name on it. It claimed to be about my current mortgage with Security Service Federal Credit Union, saying I needed to call about an important, time-sensitive matter. The number to call was 888-360-2736, with an address in Daytona Beach, FL.

I decided to google the number instead of calling. It just felt off. I've actually received two other notes just like this one, but with different phone numbers on them. Nothing adds up and I don't trust it.
