Can't get a refund for probiotics order, only get automated emails

I got these probiotics from Seed.com because they said you could get a full refund on your first order within 30 days. But when I tried to reach out for my refund, all I ever get are automated emails. They send one right away after every email I send, and they all say basically the same thing.

There's no phone number at all. No way to talk to a real person. But they had no problem charging my card for the automatic subscriptions, which they say can't be returned or refunded once you sign up.

I've sent email after email and so far I've heard nothing about getting my money back for that first order. It's $42.78. It's really frustrating and a poor way to do business. I won't be using them again or telling anyone else to.
