Ordered live plants and got black seeds with no instructions

I ordered what I thought were live plants from these people. A month later I got two little packages with these small black seed looking things in them. No instructions or anything.

I tried to get a refund or at least send it back but they said no. Would not do anything for me. The website is Seedfella and the address they used is Flora Roots LLC 19909 Dove Creek Drive Tampa Florida. Phone number they gave was 1(850) 407-7910. Cost me 30 dollars. Just want people to know what happened.
