Signed up for one thing but got charged a VIP membership I never agreed to

I ordered something from selectbasics.com and somehow they enrolled me into a VIP membership I didn’t ask for or agree to. It’s $29.99 every 28 days. I never signed up for that.

I can’t get them to stop charging me this fake membership fee. I’ve tried but no luck. The website is selectbasics.com and they’re supposedly based in Idaho, USA. The phone number they used is (662) 398-6963. I just want the charges to stop.
