Charged for a shed but the company won't respond or cancel

I was looking to buy a shed and found Selectsheds.com. I didn't see anything wrong at first, so I went ahead and bought one for $558.99 on February 19th. My credit card was charged right away, but the charge showed up as "Agreya Proxies," which seemed weird.

I got an email receipt and that was it. I haven't heard from them since. I tried to contact them the same day to cancel the order, because their website says you can. I've sent three different emails asking for help and got no reply. I tried calling the number, (866) 771-7174, but it's not connected to anything.

Paid $771 for a shed that was never shipped, company won't respond

I ordered a storage shed from SelectSheds.com back on November 11th. The total was $771.99 and they took the payment right away. But my order just says "Awaiting Fulfillment" and it's been stuck like that since the day I bought it.

They never shipped anything. I tried calling the customer service number but it's disconnected. I've sent messages through the website chat and emailed [email protected] multiple times. No one ever replies. I can't find any other way to contact them.

It feels like they took my money and just vanished. I need this order canceled and a full refund back to me.

Ordered a shed online and never got any shipping info

I ordered a shed from SelectSheds.com and paid almost $600. After that, I never got any follow-up about shipping. Nothing. I tried calling the phone number but it’s not in service. The chat feature on the website always says it’s offline. I sent emails too and got no response. It’s like the place just vanished after taking my money.
