Got a text from Selinalab about winning money, lost $27.66

I got a text message saying I won money from Selinalab. It looked real so I went to their app. They had me pay $27.66 for something, I think it was supposed to be a fee to get the prize.

After the money came out, I tried to call the phone number on the app, (213) 733-9072. It was disconnected. I also sent an email to [email protected]. No one ever replied. The whole thing feels like a scam now. I just want my money back.
