Ordered glasses for four people and none of them worked

I ordered 4 pair of glasses for 4 different people. Didn't work for anyone. Company also charged me for free shipping and another 3 pair of glasses that I didn't order. I called about the extra charges and they refunded the shipping and the 3 extra pair. But now they want me to return the original 4 pair to China at my own cost to get a full refund. Then they changed their story and said I don't have to return them but they will only refund me 30% of the full amount. All this info is coming from Aviroo Home Support. In my opinion this is DEFINITELY A SCAM!!!!!!!!!
