Bought tickets then event moved and no refund ever came
I asked for a refund and they had me fill out this document and submit it. I did that. Then nothing. I sent multiple emails back and forth and they kept promising a refund but it never showed up. I even emailed [email protected] and nothing. Still waiting on my money.
Paid for an event that keeps getting cancelled and no refund yet
They told me to fill out some link and wait up to 90 days for the refund. It's been way longer than that and I still haven't gotten my money back. Now I keep getting emails about the show being cancelled even though I already asked for a refund. Their email is [email protected] and their address is Harzer Str.39, 12059, Berlin. I just want my money back.
Bought tickets from Sellout-Tickets and they kept postponing the event
I lost $237 and I'm just stuck. The event keeps getting pushed back and I don't even know if it's ever happening at this point. They just keep saying it's postponed but no real answers about a refund.
