Keeps rescheduling an event and won't give a refund

I saw an ad on Facebook for an Ice Bar in Pittsburgh from Sellout tickets. I bought tickets on July 19, 2025, for an event in October. Then in October, I got an email saying it was rescheduled to February 2026. Now I just got another email pushing it to July 2026.

I tried to contact them for a refund and they haven't responded at all. I paid $124.00. This feels like a runaround.
