Ordered flowers online, never got them, and they say they were delivered.

I ordered flowers from sendflowers.com. The money, $57.42, came right out of my account. But I never got any order confirmation email or anything after I paid.

Then they claim the flowers were delivered. They didn't provide any proof of that, no tracking, nothing. I tried contacting them at [email protected] and the phone number (800) 549-5670. No help. The flowers just never showed up.
